From the bottle:

Domaine Bousquet combines the know-how of French winemaking with Argentina’s exceptional climate and terroir. The vineyard is located at the foothills of the Andes, at 1200 m.a.s.l. Its thermal amplitude contributes to obtaining fully ripened grapes with an excellent acidity. The grapes are hand-picked and the vineyard is certified organic.

Bright yellow color with tropical aromas, citrus and lime notes. It has a very balanced and structured palate with a long and persistent finish. This wine goes well with seafood, cheese and pasta dishes with cream sauces.

13.5% Alcohol

The 2017 Domaine Bousquet Reserve Chardonnay opens with a bit shy but pleasing aroma of citrus, green apple, melon and a little vanilla. Taking a sip reveals a clean and tasty wine full of nice citrus fruit flavors plus a little tropical fruit and just a touch of creaminess and spice. This is a mostly fruity Chardonnay but you do get a bit of the oak influence as well from the half of the wine that spent time in barrel. Just a hint of vanilla cream leads into the very long, tart, satisfying, lip-smacking finish.
