Eva Estate Organic Red Blend

Ameri Eva Estate Organic Red Blend is a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, made from selected parcels to balance fruit, structure, and complexity. Harvesting is manual, with cluster selection and fermentation with native yeasts in barrel, followed by an extended maceration. Aging in French oak integrates the varieties and adds texture, resulting in a harmonious, deep wine with a strong sense of origin.
