Alavida Kosher Organic Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from organic vineyards in the Uco Valley at the foothills of the Andes. Harvesting is manual and winemaking follows kosher guidelines, with controlled stainless-steel fermentation and a fruit-focused approach to varietal typicity. The result is a balanced, expressive Cabernet that combines freshness, structure, and a clear sense of origin.
