LO CA Organic Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay, made from organic Uco Valley grapes harvested early to achieve lower alcohol and greater natural freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with natural yeasts and no contact with oak, resulting in a light wine with high acidity and a direct profile, designed for relaxed, everyday enjoyment.
