One of the great discoveries in this year ’s Malbec Masters was a sample bottle from Domaine Bousquet. Costing just over a tenner, made with certified organic grapes, and featuring layers of flavour – from rich, ripe blackberry to dark cherry, olive, violets and peppercorns – it’s a fantastic, eco-minded wine for a good price.
