Gran Bousquet Organic Cabernet Sauvignon is a Cabernet Sauvignon from selected parcels of Eva Estate. It is hand-harvested in early April and fermented in small tanks with temperature control and carefully managed maceration. Aging in French oak integrates fruit and structure, resulting in a classic-profile wine with fine tannins and a precise expression of high-altitude Cabernet Sauvignon.
