Bousquet Organic Chardonnay

Gran Bousquet Organic Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay and comes from the first vineyard planted by the Bousquet family in Gualtallary, integrating different soil profiles from Eva Estate. It is hand-harvested in early March and made with fermentation in oak barrels using native yeasts. Aging in French oak adds texture and volume, resulting in an elegant, creamy, balanced Chardonnay, where the natural freshness of altitude supports its depth.
