Bousquet Traditionelle Organic Brut is made using the traditional method, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from selected blocks of Eva Estate. Early harvesting and direct pressing of whole clusters prioritize must purity, while the second fermentation in bottle and extended aging on lees add complexity, creaminess, and a fine, persistent bubble, maintaining freshness and precision.
