After studying 123 soil pits at Eva Estate,
we began to read the vineyard as a living map. This is how Wild Roots was born:
wines that express specific geomorphic units, where each soil speaks in its own
voice. Each label reveals a fragment of Gualtallary’s terroir with precision,
purity, and minimal intervention. Wines that do not seek to interpret the
place, but to let it speak.
Ameri Wild Roots Block #4 Organic Malbec comes from a deeper soil profile, dominated by calcareous sands that bring finesse and natural tension. This Malbec is fermented in small vessels with native yeasts and a prolonged maceration that builds complexity without losing freshness. Aging in French oak and subsequent bottle rest refine the whole, resulting in an elegant wine with enveloping texture and a balance of fruit, minerality, and precision.
