Bousquet Organic Malbec

Gran Bousquet Organic Malbec is 100% Malbec and is made from a selection of parcels that integrate the different soil types of the vineyard. Harvesting is manual, with a brief cold maceration followed by controlled fermentation and complete malolactic fermentation. Aging in French oak for several months supports the wine’s character, adding complexity and structure, resulting in a broad, deep Malbec that represents the classic style of Gualtallary.
