Bousquet Reserve Organic Cabernet Sauvignon is a Cabernet Sauvignon from sandy loam soils with calcareous presence. It is hand-harvested in late March and fermented with temperature control, followed by complete malolactic fermentation. 50% of the wine is aged for six months in second-use French oak, adding structure and complexity without overshadowing varietal expression.
