Bousquet Reserve Organic Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay, from low-yield parcels in Gualtallary. Harvesting is manual and takes place in the early hours of the day to preserve freshness. Part of the wine ferments and ages for six months in French oak barrels of various uses, on lees, achieving a balanced style that combines volume, natural freshness, and a subtle, well-integrated oak presence.
