Bousquet Reserve Organic Pinot Noir

Bousquet Reserve Organic Pinot Noir is 100% Pinot Noir, hand-harvested between late February and early March. Fermentation is carried out at moderate temperatures to preserve delicacy and fruit expression. 50% of the wine is aged for six months in previously used French oak barrels, on lees, adding texture and complexity without losing elegance or freshness.
