
Ameri Eva Estate Organic Cabernet Sauvignon
“Sourced from organic vineyards in Gualtallary, at 1,257 meters above sea level, where bright sunlight and cool nighttime breezes allow the grapes to ripen fully while retaining vibrant acidity.
Grown on sandy and sandy-loam soils with calcareous inclusions, which lend a distinct mineral character to the wine. Hand-harvested in mid-April, fermented with wild yeasts at controlled temperatures, and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (65% new, 35% second use).
Tasting Notes
Deep violet with purple hues. Floral and black-fruit aromas typical of Gualtallary. On the palate, it shows great complexity and elegance, with refreshing acidity, mature tannins, and a delicate, persistent finish.”
