Ameri Eva Estate Organic Sauvignon Blanc

“Sourced from the heart of Plot No. 9 of our Eva Estate vineyard in Gualtallary (1,257 m.a.s.l.), on sandy-calcareous soils, the result of an in-depth study of 123 soil pits that identified the most expressive sections of the vineyard.

Hand-harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness. Grapes are gently pressed under reductive conditions with dry ice to protect the aromatic profile. The wine ferments in French oak barrels (50% new, 50% second use) at low temperatures (13 °C / 55 °F), with no malolactic fermentation. It then ages 8 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes
Delicate aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach blossom, and fresh herbs. The palate shows stone-fruit and citrus flavors with a creamy yet mineral texture, all wrapped in a smooth, balanced finish.”

Tasting Notes:

Violet Color. With red and black fruit, fig, raisin, and black pepper notes, this full-bodied, long-finish wine is a memorable/mouthwatering testament to its French-Argentine heritage.
