Ameri Wild Roots Block 4 Organic Malbec

“Sourced from our Eva Estate vineyard in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1,257 meters above sea level, this wine is the result of an extensive study of 123 soil pits that mapped the diverse profiles of the vineyard.

Block #4 is rooted in sandy-calcareous soil, with 70–100 cm of sand and a 20 cm calcareous layer, providing freshness, elegance, and mineral precision.

Hand-harvested in mid-April, with both manual and optical grape selection. Fermented with native yeasts in 400-liter oak barrels, followed by a total maceration of 30 days. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak and matured for one year in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes
Deep violet color. Aromas of violet flowers, white blossoms, and black fruits. Velvety and layered on the palate, with sweet tannins, mineral undertones, and a refined, persistent finish.”
